- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems through effective IAM practices.
- Lead a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to achieve department goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align IAM strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to IAM and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the IAM Engineering division, identifying and implementing new solutions and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM systems with other applications and infrastructure.
- Manage the budget and resources for the IAM Engineering division, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to IAM systems and processes.
- Participate in incident response and remediation efforts related to IAM systems.
- Train and educate employees on IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of security awareness.
- Represent the organization in meetings and conferences related to IAM and network with industry professionals to stay informed on emerging trends and technologies.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Engineering, With A Minimum Of 8 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Technologies, Such As Identity Governance And Administration (Iga), Single Sign-On (Sso), And Privileged Access Management (Pam).
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Large-Scale Iam Solutions In A Highly Regulated Environment, Preferably Within The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Standards Related To Iam, Such As Nist, Iso, And Pci-Dss.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Architects, And Business Stakeholders.
