  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored treasury management solutions to meet those needs.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and utilizing market research.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling treasury management products and services.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client management and retention.
  5. Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their current treasury management practices and offer solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and effectively communicate those to clients and team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and risk management, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the bank's CRM system.
  9. Continuously develop and maintain a strong understanding of all treasury management products and services offered by the bank.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote our treasury management solutions and expand our network.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Treasury Management Sales, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Treasury Management Products And Services, Including Cash Management, Payment Solutions, And Risk Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Successful Client Relationships, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
