1. Manage and service a portfolio of SBA loans in accordance with all SBA regulations and guidelines.
2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan payments, disbursements, and other servicing actions.
3. Act as a primary point of contact for borrowers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
4. Monitor loan performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan servicing tasks.
6. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with SBA regulations and guidelines.
7. Collaborate with the SBA lending team to identify and implement process improvements for more efficient loan servicing.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with small business owners and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
9. Keep abreast of changes in SBA regulations and guidelines and ensure the loan servicing team is informed and compliant.
10. Maintain accurate and organized loan files and documentation.
11. Participate in training programs and seminars to continuously improve knowledge of SBA loan servicing.
12. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
