- Manage and service a portfolio of SBA loans according to bank policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers with SBA loans, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Monitor loan performance and ensure timely and accurate reporting to SBA and internal stakeholders.
- Review loan documentation and financial statements to ensure compliance with SBA and bank guidelines.
- Work closely with underwriters and loan officers to ensure proper loan structuring and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions and activities.
- Identify potential issues or risks with loans and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Stay current with SBA loan program guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank, such as credit, collections, and legal, to address any loan-related issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of loan servicing policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on SBA loan servicing processes.
- Act as a representative of the bank in SBA loan servicing matters with customers and external parties.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of loan servicing.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all privacy regulations and policies.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and uphold the bank's reputation as a trusted financial institution.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loan Servicing, Preferably In The Sba Lending Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Sba Loan Programs And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Loan Documentation And Servicing Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And Regulatory Agencies.
Proficiency In Loan Servicing Software And Systems, As Well As Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
