1. Manage and service a portfolio of SBA loans according to bank policies and procedures.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers with SBA loans, providing exceptional customer service and support.
3. Monitor loan performance and ensure timely and accurate reporting to SBA and internal stakeholders.
4. Review loan documentation and financial statements to ensure compliance with SBA and bank guidelines.
5. Work closely with underwriters and loan officers to ensure proper loan structuring and documentation.

10. Assist in the development and implementation of loan servicing policies and procedures.
11. Provide training and guidance to other team members on SBA loan servicing processes.
12. Act as a representative of the bank in SBA loan servicing matters with customers and external parties.
