  1. Lead and oversee the management of the SailPoint IdentityIQ product at Comerica Bank.
  2. Utilize expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to develop and implement strategies for optimizing the product.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or gaps in the current identity and access management program.
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis of the product to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  5. Act as the subject matter expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management, and incorporate them into the product strategy.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure the product meets their expectations.
  8. Monitor and track product performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management on the progress and impact of the product.
  9. Conduct product trainings and workshops for internal teams to increase their understanding and usage of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and implement new features and functionalities of the product.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the product, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to the management and optimization of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  13. Contribute to the development and execution of the overall identity and access management strategy of Comerica Bank.

Job Qualifications
