Payments Compliance Program Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a Payments Compliance Program to ensure Comerica Bank’s operations adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
2. Monitor and analyze payment trends and regulatory changes, and ensure that the Payment Compliance Program is updated accordingly.
3. Identify and address regulatory risks through the implementation of effective solutions.
4. Develop and implement appropriate policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to ensure that all payment operations are compliant with applicable rules and regulations.
6. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings to the appropriate authorities.
7. Educate and advise internal staff on relevant payment laws and regulations.
8. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payment compliance issues.
9. Provide ongoing training and guidance to ensure that all employees understand and follow the Payment Compliance Program.
10. Maintain effective communication and relationships with relevant regulators.
