- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the bank.
- Process various financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling cash and sensitive financial information.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their banking needs and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist in identifying and recommending products and services that may benefit clients.

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the teller station and surrounding areas.

- Adhere to all security measures and protocols to protect the bank and its clients.
- Provide support for other areas of the bank, such as customer service and administrative tasks, as needed.
- Continuously display a positive attitude and promote a welcoming environment for clients and team members.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Customer Service Experience In A Banking Or Financial Institution.
Strong Math And Computer Skills, With Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Banking Software Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Colleagues.
Attention To Detail And Accuracy, With The Ability To Handle Cash Transactions And Reconcile Accounts.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As The Bank Operates During Extended Business Hours.
