  1. Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk management strategies and frameworks to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and evaluations to identify and prioritize key risks, and develop action plans to address them.
  3. Monitor and analyze internal and external risk factors and trends, and communicate updates and recommendations to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and business units to ensure consistent and effective risk management practices are being followed.
  5. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines related to operational risk management.
  6. Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a strong risk culture and ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management controls and processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management principles and best practices, and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes related to risk management, and make necessary changes to the organization's risk management strategies.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance and support on complex risk management issues and initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and regulators, to ensure compliance with risk management guidelines and regulations.
  12. Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key risks and their potential impact on the organization.
  13. Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program.
  14. Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization, promoting a proactive and collaborative approach to risk management.
  15. Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure a holistic understanding and management of operational risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operational Risk Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Operational Risk Management.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Strong Communication And Leadership Skills.
