  1. Develop and implement operational risk management program to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
  2. Lead and manage risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk management policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze operational risk data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Provide guidance and support to business units on operational risk management practices.
  6. Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a strong risk management culture within the organization.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the bank's risk management program remains current and effective.
  8. Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders on the status of the bank's risk management program.
  9. Lead and coordinate risk management audits and examinations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors.
  11. Mentor and develop junior members of the risk management team.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
  13. Handle and resolve any operational risk incidents or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Collaborate with other risk management functions, such as credit risk and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
  15. Represent the bank in industry events and forums related to operational risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operational Risk Management, Preferably In The Banking Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Operational Risk Management.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Projects.
