  1. Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies to ensure the organization is operating within all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and gaps in compliance.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
  4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management and compliance measures.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  6. Provide guidance and training to employees on risk management and compliance procedures.
  7. Conduct internal audits and testing to assess the effectiveness of risk management and compliance controls.
  8. Communicate potential risks and compliance issues to senior leadership and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
  10. Foster a strong culture of risk management and compliance within the organization.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk assessments, compliance testing, and audit findings.
  12. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risk or compliance issues to senior management.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring they are compliant with regulations.
  14. Assist in the development and maintenance of risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  15. Conduct training and workshops on risk management and compliance for employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operational Risk Or Compliance Testing In The Banking Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Frameworks, Such As Bsa/Aml, Dodd-Frank, And Consumer Protection Laws.

  • Experience Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Testing Strategies And Plans.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Potential Risks And Areas For Improvement To Senior Management.
