- Oversee and manage the operational activities of the Loan Processing and Servicing (LPS) department.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and excellence in operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage and motivate a team of LPS professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders regarding departmental operations and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve LPS operations.
- Handle any escalated customer or operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required reports and documentation.
- Manage departmental budget and resources effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the LPS department.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
