- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends and insights that will inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's data sources and systems to ensure accurate and timely data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and insights to various stakeholders.
- Utilize statistical modeling and data mining techniques to identify patterns and forecast business outcomes.
- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve and enhance our processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners for data analysis and reporting needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data insights and analytics and provide guidance to stakeholders on utilizing data to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's data strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Interpretation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Data Analysis Role, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Data Analysis Techniques And Tools Such As Sql, Sas, And Tableau. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Analyzing Large Datasets And Extracting Actionable Insights.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills: A Lead Analyst Should Possess Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Think Creatively And Solve Complex Problems. They Should Be Able To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Correlations In Data To Provide Valuable Insights That Can Drive Business Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Lead Analyst At Comerica Bank, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Presenting Their Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For Effectively Conveying Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Financial Industry Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Financial Industry And Its Regulations, As Well As Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services.
