Build out and maintain a comprehensive benefits strategy. Design, develop, implement, communicate, administrate, and monitor all benefit programs. Act as an expert consultant to management in support of benefits plan designs, 401(K) plan design and administration of the pension plan. Monitor trends, best practices and external competitiveness and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of benefit programs and analyze benefit plans to determine cost/benefit. Provide analysis and information on benefit programs and strategies to executive management and the benefit committee. Ensure all benefit programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations including ERISA and Sarbanes-Oxley. Complete all regulatory filing and notice requirements. Maintain the administration of long and short term disability programs including workers compensation.
