Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, Data Analysis, And Process Improvement.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, With Experience Implementing And Managing Hr Metrics And Analytics.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Experience With Hr Technology And Systems, Such As Hris, Ats, And Performance Management Systems.
