1. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and concerns and providing personalized solutions.
2. Assist customers in the mortgage application process, including gathering and verifying required documents, and answering any questions or concerns.
3. Conduct thorough analysis of customers' financial information to determine their eligibility and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in lending regulations, and new mortgage products and services in order to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
5. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, including underwriters and loan processors, to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process for customers.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other referral sources to generate leads and increase business opportunities.
7. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by the bank, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
8. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
9. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to the mortgage industry.
10. Represent Comerica Bank in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
