5. Collaborate with other team members, such as loan processors and underwriters, to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications.

7. Act as a liaison between clients and real estate agents, providing updates and communicating any necessary information throughout the loan process.
8. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, actively seeking out new business opportunities and promoting the bank's mortgage lending services.
9. Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and loan applications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention by actively seeking and implementing feedback and suggestions.
