Financial Reporting Compliance Manager

Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Compliance Manager:

1. Monitor and analyze the bank's financial data to ensure it is reported accurately and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Develop and implement internal controls for financial reporting that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Prepare and review periodic financial reports for management and regulators.
4. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
5. Research and analyze accounting and regulatory guidance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Identify and assess potential risks associated with financial reporting.
7. Monitor and respond to inquiries from regulators.
8. Maintain up to date knowledge of the banking industry and applicable laws and regulations.
9. Train and mentor junior staff in financial reporting and compliance.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial reporting.
