  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  2. Lead and manage a team of financial center staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  3. Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
  4. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
  5. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial center performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' strategies.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  10. Maintain accurate records of financial center transactions and activities.
  11. Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Participate in community events and represent the bank in a positive and professional manner.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards and promote a positive work culture.
  15. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
