  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive organizational change and support business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the change management process for all enterprise-wide initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of change initiatives.
  4. Create and maintain a detailed strategic plan to guide the change management process.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any roadblocks or issues.
  6. Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to drive positive change.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and provide guidance and support to stakeholders.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  9. Develop and deliver effective communication plans to ensure awareness and understanding of change initiatives across the organization.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and strategies to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to change management and incorporate them into the company's approach.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  13. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  15. Act as a role model for colleagues, leading by example in demonstrating a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and dedication to customer service.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Financial Industry: As A Director Of Enterprise Change Strategic Planning At Comerica Bank, The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Industry, Including Current Market Trends, Regulatory Environment, And Competition.
