- Attend community events and meetings to promote the bank's CRA initiatives and build relationships with community stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of CRA-related documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
- Train and educate bank employees on CRA requirements and initiatives to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Conduct research and analysis on current and potential CRA opportunities for the bank.
- Act as a liaison between the bank and regulatory agencies for CRA-related matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Community Development Lending Or Cra Compliance.
Strong Knowledge Of The Community Reinvestment Act And Related Regulations.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
