Job Description

As a Contact Center Agent at Comerica Bank, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our bank customers. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with customers to answer their inquiries and resolve their issues. We are looking for a customer-centric professional with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
