Job Description

At Comerica Bank, we are looking for an experienced Contact Center Agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service via phone and email, helping customers with their banking needs, and resolving any customer issues.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Contact Center Agent or a similar customer service role. You must also have a strong understanding of banking products and services and be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a professional and friendly demeanor. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you should be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
