
Contact Center Agent
At Comerica Bank, we are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their accounts. You'll be responsible for providing reliable advice, solutions, and support to customers, and helping to create a positive experience for them.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, be an effective communicator, and have the ability to think on your feet. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred, but not necessary.
