Job Description

At Comerica Bank, we are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their accounts. You'll be responsible for providing reliable advice, solutions, and support to customers, and helping to create a positive experience for them.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, be an effective communicator, and have the ability to think on your feet. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred, but not necessary. We are seeking an individual who is motivated, organized, and driven to provide exceptional customer service.If you are passionate about helping people and have the skills and qualifications we are looking for, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Resolve customer problems and provide reliable advice and solutions.
  3. Create a positive customer experience through excellent customer service.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  5. Develop a strong knowledge of Comerica Bank’s products and services.
  6. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
  7. Utilize available software to access customer accounts and provide information.
  8. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  10. Identify customer trends and suggest process improvements.
