Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the financial services industry.
2. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Prepare and present reports on compliance-related topics to senior management.
4. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of compliance software systems.
5. Analyze customer data and information to ensure compliance.
6. Develop and deliver training programs to internal staff on regulatory requirements.
7. Identify potential areas of non-compliance and propose corrective action.
8. Liaise with external authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
9. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management as required.
10. Support investigations into potential compliance issues.
