Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state banking regulations
2. Monitor and review regulatory changes and assess their impacts on the bank
3. Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and processes
4. Prepare and maintain regulatory reports
5. Provide guidance and assistance to internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
7. Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies
8. Participate in external regulatory audits and assessments
9. Monitor and investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
10. Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
