As the lead for our change management risk assessment process, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with organizational changes.   1. Develop and implement change management risk assessment protocols and procedures to ensure the successful execution of organizational changes.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments for all proposed changes, considering potential impacts on processes, systems, and personnel.
  3. Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies to minimize potential negative impacts of organizational changes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze potential risks and develop appropriate risk response plans.
  5. Communicate risks and potential impacts to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  6. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure effective risk management throughout the change process.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management and risk assessment to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Conduct training and workshops for employees to increase awareness and understanding of risk management.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and consultants to gather additional insights and expertise in risk assessment and change management.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the change management risk assessment process to enhance its effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Assessment And Management, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Change Management Principles And Methodologies, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Change Management Initiatives.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Their Impact On The Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Risk Management. Relevant Certifications (E.g. Certified Change Management Professional) Are Highly Preferred.
