
Call Center Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our call center and overseeing the successful completion of customer service projects. We are seeking a Call Center Project Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has the commitment and capability to go the extra mile to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.Qualifications for this role include:• Proven experience as a Call Center Project Manager, along with a comprehensive understanding of call center operations and customer service processes• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the call center
- Oversee customer service projects to ensure successful completion
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for call center operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, to manage and track projects
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, and provide resolution when necessary
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Hire, train, and mentor call center personnel
- Prepare reports on customer service performance and call center operations
