1. Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, including but not limited to, sales, customer service, and employee performance.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their financial needs are met.
5. Train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
6. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively cross-sell and meet customer needs.
8. Collaborate with other departments and senior management to achieve overall company goals.
9. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and make recommendations for employee development.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the financial market to make informed decisions and recommendations.
11. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or concerns.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
13. Serve as a role model for the bank's core values and customer-centric culture.
14. Represent the bank in a professional manner at community events and networking opportunities.
15. Ensure the branch is well-maintained and presents a professional image to customers.
