The VP will be responsible for leading the Service Assurance team in creating and executing strategies to improve the customer experience.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a combination of experience in customer service, operations, and technology. You’ll need a proven track record of developing and executing successful customer service strategies, as well as the ability to think big and develop creative solutions to complex customer experience challenges.
