  1. Lead the successful delivery of technical projects within the organization.
  2. Coordinate and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.
  4. Utilize strong technical background to effectively understand and manage complex technical projects.
  5. Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
  6. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.
  9. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within project management processes.
  10. Monitor and track project progress, and adjust plans and resources as needed to meet project objectives.
  11. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  13. Conduct regular project meetings and ensure all action items are completed.
  14. Act as a mentor and coach to junior project managers and team members.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Projects From Initiation To Completion.

  • Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Software Development Processes, And Agile Methodologies.
