• Develop and lead a high-performing team of accounts payable professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to promote growth and development within the department
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and other departments, to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
