
Sr. Vice President, Executive Compensation
We are looking for a highly accomplished and experienced Sr. Vice President, Executive Compensation to join our team at Comcast and help lead the organization’s executive compensation initiatives. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team working to ensure our executive compensation program is competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s financial objectives.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive compensation, corporate governance, and benefits, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to think strategically and collaboratively, while also demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively. A deep understanding of, and experience with, executive compensation regulations and industry trends is essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.We are looking for a leader who is passionate about making a difference in our organization and is committed to developing the best possible executive compensation program for our executives.
