Sr Director, Tools, Offer Execution & Testing

We’re looking for an experienced Sr Director of Tools, Offer Execution & Testing to join our team at Comcast. As the Sr Director of Tools, Offer Execution & Testing, you will be a key player in driving innovation and increasing efficiency in our offer management and operations.You should have a strong technology background and proven leadership experience in developing and deploying tools and systems that enable a high degree of automation within the offer management process. You must have a deep understanding of the offer management and launch process, and be able to successfully develop and implement strategies and systems to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.Your role will involve working closely with Operations, Product, IT, and other teams to develop, deploy and maintain tools and systems to ensure the timely and accurate execution of products and offers. You must be able to influence and lead cross-functional teams, while also having an eye for detail and accuracy.The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and have the ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly.
