Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Senior Manager of User Experience at Comcast. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience strategy and drive innovative solutions for our products and services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who can bring a customer-centric approach to our UX design process and help us deliver exceptional user experiences.

  1. Develop and implement a user experience strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of the company.
  2. Lead and manage a team of UX designers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to promote a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all products and services.
  4. Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement of the user experience.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance the user experience strategy.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of UX initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Drive the development of user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables to effectively communicate and validate design concepts.
  8. Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, advocating for the needs and preferences of our users.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product and feature requirements based on user needs and business objectives.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the UX team, encouraging experimentation and continuous learning to drive cutting-edge and impactful solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In User Experience Design: A Senior Manager, User Experience At Comcast Should Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Field Of User Experience Design. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles, Information Architecture, And Usability Testing.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of User Experience Designers And Researchers. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Collaborative Work Environment.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Manager, User Experience, The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Provide Innovative Solutions To Complex User Experience Challenges. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify User Needs And Pain Points, And Translate Them Into Actionable Strategies.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Trends: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In User Experience Design. They Should Be Able To Stay Updated With The Constantly Evolving Industry Standards And Incorporate Them Into Comcast's User Experience Strategy.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: A Senior Manager, User Experience Should Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Clients. They Should Be Able To Present And Articulate User Experience Designs And Strategies To Non-Technical Audiences.
