- Develop and implement real estate strategies for Comcast retail locations across the country.
- Oversee the execution of real estate projects, including site selection, lease negotiations, and construction management.
- Continuously monitor and analyze real estate trends and market dynamics to inform decision making and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of real estate initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including brokers, landlords, and developers, to secure optimal real estate deals.
- Identify and evaluate potential new markets and locations for retail expansion.
- Ensure all retail locations are in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Monitor and manage real estate budgets and expenses.
- Lead and develop a team of real estate professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to provide updates on real estate strategies and initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges or obstacles to the success of real estate projects.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the real estate team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform and enhance real estate strategies.
- Represent Comcast in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Retail Real Estate, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role
Strong Understanding Of Retail Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competition
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Executing Real Estate Deals For Retail Locations
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
