  3. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.

  5. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Evaluate project performance and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
  7. Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring their success and development.
  8. Communicate project updates and progress to senior leadership.
  9. Identify and mitigate any potential risks to project delivery.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program delivery team.
  12. Collaborate with other senior managers to align project priorities and resources.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Mentor and train junior project managers on project management techniques and best practices.
