  1. Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Create engaging and informative content for various internal communication channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, and social media.
  3. Oversee the management and maintenance of internal communication platforms to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  4. Lead a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, senior leadership, and other departments, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts.
  6. Conduct research and gather feedback to continuously improve internal communication strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and manage communication budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  8. Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve the company's internal communication strategies.
  10. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on internal communication matters and assist in crisis communication management when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Employee Communications: A Senior Manager At Comcast Must Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Employee Communications, Preferably In A Large Organization. This Experience Should Include Developing And Executing Successful Communication Strategies, Managing Employee Engagement Initiatives, And Utilizing Various Communication Channels.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Is Crucial For A Senior Manager In Employee Communications. This Includes Strong Writing And Editing Skills, As Well As The Ability To Deliver Engaging Presentations And Speeches.

  • Leadership And Team Management: As A Senior-Level Position, The Candidate Must Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Communications Professionals. This Includes Setting Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.

  • Strategic Thinker: A Senior Manager At Comcast Must Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically About The Company's Goals And Objectives. This Includes The Ability To Identify Communication Opportunities And Challenges, Develop Creative Solutions, And Measure The Effectiveness Of Communication Initiatives.

  • Knowledge Of Digital And Social Media: In Today's Digital Age, A Senior Manager Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital And Social Media Platforms And How They Can Be Utilized For Employee Communications. This Includes Experience With Social Media Management, Content Creation, And Analytics.
