- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on internal communication matters and assist in crisis communication management when needed.
Extensive Experience In Employee Communications: A Senior Manager At Comcast Must Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Employee Communications, Preferably In A Large Organization. This Experience Should Include Developing And Executing Successful Communication Strategies, Managing Employee Engagement Initiatives, And Utilizing Various Communication Channels.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Is Crucial For A Senior Manager In Employee Communications. This Includes Strong Writing And Editing Skills, As Well As The Ability To Deliver Engaging Presentations And Speeches.
