  1. Conduct data analysis and reporting to support the talent management strategy of the organization.
  2. Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Use expertise in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in talent management practices.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key talent metrics and performance indicators.
  6. Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
  7. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
  8. Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all talent management data and reporting.
  10. Develop and implement data quality processes and standards to maintain data integrity.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of new talent management systems and tools.
  12. Mentor and train junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on talent management data and reporting for the organization.
  14. Continuously monitor and review talent management data and reporting processes to identify areas for improvement.
  15. Stay compliant with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Reporting, And/Or Hr Analytics.

  • Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools (E.g. Tableau, Power Bi).

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Human Resources Processes And Procedures, Particularly In The Areas Of Talent Management And Employee Data.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, Able To Present Complex Data And Insights To Senior Leadership And Business Stakeholders.
