Job Description

As a Senior Analyst for Data Solutions - Power Apps, you will be an essential part of our team, driving the development and implementation of data-driven solutions using Power Apps. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business outcomes. If you have a strong background in data analysis, expertise in Power Apps, and a drive to continuously improve and innovate, then we want you to join our team.

  1. Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Power Apps to meet the needs of our customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for data solutions.
  3. Utilize strong data analysis skills to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business outcomes.
  4. Design and maintain complex data models and databases to support Power Apps solutions.
  5. Optimize data processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective data management.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and Power Apps, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into ongoing development and improvement of Power Apps solutions.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis and Power Apps usage.
  9. Generate and present reports and insights to leadership based on data analysis.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing data solutions to ensure they are meeting the evolving needs of the business.
  11. Ensure data security and compliance standards are met in all data solutions.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their data solutions into Power Apps.
  13. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during data solution development and implementation.
  14. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all data solutions and deliverables.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Power Apps: The Senior Analyst Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Power Apps And Be Able To Design And Develop Complex Solutions Using The Platform. They Should Be Well-Versed In Creating Custom Connectors, Building Workflows, And Integrating Data From Various Sources.

  • Advanced Data Analytics Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate With Advanced Data Analytics Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, Data Modeling, And Data Visualization. The Senior Analyst Should Have Experience In Analyzing Large Datasets And Identifying Trends And Patterns To Inform Business Decisions.

  • Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Managing And Delivering Complex Data Solutions Projects. They Should Be Familiar With Project Management Methodologies And Have The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Projects.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Analyst, This Role Requires Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, Data Scientists, And Developers. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Business Acumen: The Senior Analyst Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Workflows To Effectively Develop Data Solutions That Align With Business Needs. They Should Be Able To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements.
