Job Description

Lead the development of global Agile delivery competency by formalizing and spreading the adoption of good practices across ULearn solution teams. Coach Scrum teams and product owners to adopt and apply agile framework through trainings and workshops about Agile principles, Scrum, Compliance, Product Delivery. Defining the priorities and team deliverables by balancing user needs, opportunities, and business outcomes. Developing and prioritizing backlog user stories, focusing on business and technical requirements. Refining best-in-class product features with detailed analysis of impact vs. value. Manage MVP and other ambiguous deliverables to achieve success. Partner with cross functional teams across the ULearn solutions product portfolios as well as new technologies implementations to ensure timely delivery of committed work within sprints. Ensure relevant metrics are captured and shared as appropriate. Ensure Quality Standards are being reinforced as part of development cycle

Job Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience in L&D or HR Operations, project management, or related field

  • Certification in SCRUM Project or Project Management

  • Strong data analytics capability, understanding metrics and how to measure and communicate them

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a SCRUM Coach/Agile Project Lead is between $70,000 and $150,000. This range will vary based on experience, location, and company size.
