As a Privacy/AI Specialist within our Privacy and Legal Information Security team, you will play a crucial role in protecting the privacy of our customers and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.   1. Develop and implement privacy policies and procedures in accordance with data protection laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy requirements into new and existing products and services.
  4. Stay up-to-date on emerging privacy laws and regulations and provide guidance on their impact on the company.
  5. Conduct privacy impact assessments for new projects and initiatives.
  6. Use artificial intelligence tools and techniques to identify and mitigate potential privacy risks.
  7. Monitor and investigate privacy incidents and breaches, and take appropriate action to remediate and prevent future occurrences.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy and data protection matters, providing guidance and training to internal teams.
  9. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure privacy practices align with company policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulators and industry organizations, on privacy-related initiatives.
  11. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the company's privacy program.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of privacy-related activities.
  13. Participate in privacy-related projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  14. Communicate privacy updates and changes to relevant stakeholders within the company.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to protecting customer privacy and maintaining trust.
