Payment Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payment Operations Specialist with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation to join our team at Comcast. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have an in-depth knowledge of payment processing, collections, and customer support.The Payment Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customers’ payments are accurate, timely, and organized. The successful candidate must be able to work within a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least three years of experience in payment operations. Additionally, you should demonstrate a strong working knowledge of payment processing systems, collections, and customer service. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.You should be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
