  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue through indirect channel partners.
  2. Identify and onboard new partners to expand our reach and drive revenue growth.
  3. Establish strong relationships with current and potential partners to ensure their success and loyalty.
  4. Train and educate partners on our products and services to effectively sell and promote them to their customers.
  5. Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide feedback and support to improve results.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
  9. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  11. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve partner relationships and drive sales.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Indirect Channel Sales: The Partner Sales Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Managing Indirect Channel Sales Strategies, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Partner Sales Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Indirect Channel Sales Representatives. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Drive And Inspire Their Team To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Market And Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Market, Industry Trends, And Competitive Landscape In Order To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities Through The Indirect Channel.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: The Partner Sales Manager Will Be Working Closely With A Variety Of Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Channel Partners, Sales Teams, And Executive Leadership. Effective Communication And Relationship-Building Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
