  1. Conduct outbound sales activities to existing customers, including calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
  4. Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close deals.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  6. Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
  8. Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  9. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to achieve better results.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Potential Customers And Building Relationships With Existing Ones.

  • Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In A Similar Outbound Sales Role. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques And Be Able To Use Them Effectively To Close Deals.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Customer Account Manager, The Candidate Must Have A Customer-Centric Approach And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers. This Includes Being Able To Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints In A Professional And Timely Manner.

  • Time Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Accounts And Tasks Simultaneously, While Still Meeting Sales Targets. The Candidate Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Prioritize Their Workload Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Telecommunications Industry: A Good Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Products And Services Offered By Comcast, Is Essential For This Role. This Knowledge Will Enable The Candidate To Better Understand Customer Needs And Provide Appropriate Solutions.
