- Develop and implement global employee benefits strategies and programs that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the administration of all global employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.
- Monitor and analyze benefits trends and make recommendations for improvements to ensure competitive and comprehensive offerings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global benefits, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of benefits programs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality benefits offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to employee benefits.
- Lead and mentor a team of benefits professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of benefits programs, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Benefits Programs, Preferably In A Large Corporation.
Extensive Knowledge Of International Benefit Regulations, Compliance Requirements, And Best Practices.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop Innovative And Cost-Effective Benefit Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
