Job Description

Overall responsibility for chat sales on behalf of the eCommerce team. This includes vendor management, customer experience, problem/issue resolution, sales process and ultimately the end results. Potential to expand scope further as new technologies & capabilities emerge.Works with Call Center Sales team and division partners as eCommerce lead for the sales chat program; actively involved in strategic planning and collaboration with key stakeholders on Chat channel growth.Leads identification and execution of new sales opportunities and optimization opportunities to drive sales conversion and digital share growth.Partner with and collaborate with other teams on leveraging and communicating agent feedback to influence development roadmap for improvements to digital customer experience.Ownership of optimization of results and customer experience. As needed, lead test & learn execution in chat in coordination with testing team, chat vendor and other program stakeholders.
