Job Description

Responsible for the overall performance of financial operations by achieving operational compliance, adherence to budgets and reinforcing strategic direction in daily operations. Ensures compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Evolving and developing reporting strategies that capture both engineering and business key performance indicators. Provide oversight and day to day leadership for the Technical Project Management steps in the deployment lifecycle of hardware supporting national applications. Ensure the deployment of infrastructure components are in compliance with company objectives, national and local standards and follow industry (e.g. TIAA, Telcordia) standards. Budget, select and manage third party vendors for installation support on an as needed basis in support of on going projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of experience in the deployment and installation in large scale deployments of HSD, IP, Voice and Data Networking

  • Three to Five years in a high performing technical supervisory or managerial role.

  • Demonstrated experience of documenting & developing policies and procedures.

  • Solid experience working in a very and leading change in a dynamic and fluid working environment
