Job Description

Comcast is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our Orion team and drive business process effectiveness.This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving process improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Manager, Business Process Effectiveness, you will be responsible for driving process initiatives for the Orion team, leading the development of process documentation, and improving customer experience.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of process management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a passion for customer service excellence. We are looking for someone who is an innovative problem-solver and a strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
