
Inside Partner Sales Manager (Indirect Channel Sales)

- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and resellers to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the indirect channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and educate partners on Comcast products and services to increase their selling capabilities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Comcast's products and services.
- Act as a liaison between partners and Comcast to address any issues and ensure a positive working relationship.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track partner sales activities and progress.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by Comcast.
- Continuously improve and refine sales processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and successful partner sales experience.
- Represent Comcast with a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Proactively identify and resolve any barriers to partner success.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Indirect Channel Sales, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Developing And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Partners.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Understanding Of The Indirect Sales Process And Experience Managing Partner Programs, Incentives, And Promotions.
