Job Description

Ensure that the platform meets the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and report against infrastructure Key Performance Indicators (KPI); explore and evaluate the new releases, software updates, tools, product launches for reducing cost, improving security and automation by conducting Proof of Concept (POC); identify, suggest and implement opportunities for improvement and performance across platforms. Develop and deploy the required monitoring solutions for the platform infrastructure; ensure zero downtime in software upgrades without impacting live traffic.

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in design/development of software and web applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure

  • 1 year ofexperience in utilizing Terraform, Ansible for automated deployments and implementing infrastructure monitoring
